USING THESE INFORMATION

We use the information you gave about yourself when requesting proposals or quotations from the developer of the property you are inquiring about, in case of subdivision lots. For non-subdivision lots or properties, while we reply to your inquiries, we keep your information within our file for present and future use. We do not share the information you gave with outside parties except when deemed necessary to complete documentations when the time come that you are ready to make a purchase. We do not use a third party service provider for the purpose of collecting money from you. We advise that you make all monetary payment such as reservation fee for subdivision lot purchase by yourself or by your representative and directly to the seller or developer only. We use the information you gave about someone else, in cases of referrals, the way we use the information about yourself that you gave us. The information you gave to us to process your purchase of a property shall only be used for that sole purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person in charge in connection to the sale of a particular property. We use the return e-mail address to reply to the inquiry we have received from you. Such e-mail address will never be used for any other purpose and will never be disclosed to outside parties. Finally, we never use or disclose the personally identifiable information given to us online in ways unrelated to the ones stated above without requesting permission from you.

                        1. Open the Tools menu.

                        2. Select Options.

                        3. Select the Privacy tab.

                        4. Remove the check mark from "Accept cookies" field.

                        5. Click OK.


            How to disable cookies on Firefox 1.x Browser

                        1. Open the Tools menu.

                        2. Select Options.

                        3. Select the Privacy tab.

                        4. Click the View cookies in the "Cookies" area and remove the check mark from the box

                            next to "Allow sites to set cookies".

                        5. Click OK.


            How to disable cookies on Mozilla Browser

                        1. Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.

                             combo box and/or Third-party cookies combo box depending on your needs.

                        6. Click OK.


            How to disable cookies on Netscape 8.x Browser (IE)

                        1. Select Tools -> Options.

                        2. Select "Site Controls".

                        3. Open the "Site List" tab.

                        4. In the "Web features" area, remove the check mark next to "Allow cookies" option.

                        5. Click "OK".


            How to disable cookies on Netscape 7.x Browser (IE)

                        1. Open the Edit menu.

                        2. Select Preferences to open Dialog box.

                        3. Select the Privacy & Security to open sub-menu.

                        4. Select the Cookies item.

                        5. Select "Disable cookies".

                        6. Click "OK".
